Hi! I’m a -year-old office manager in Hammonton looking to rent a room in a shared house or apartment. I am looking for short-term, but open to long-term.

About Me:
∙ Work as an office manager (with long hours), Busiest in Summer. On my days off I make crafts, go to the beach, or go hiking in Batsto.
∙ I have a big history working in healthcare, mental health, ASD, with children, and went to school for social work. I grew up here but was in Colorado for 6 years (I missed the beach, what can I say!)
∙ Non-smoker (cigs) but ok living with smoker if they smoke cigs outside. -friendly (I don't partake).
∙ I'm tidy, respectful, and easy-going
∙ Ok with Occasional guests. I occasionally would like to have a friend or two over for dinner, movies, or craft depending on the living arrangement but generally keep to myself and am flexible on this depending on preference.
∙ Happy to help with household chores and enjoy cooking/sharing meals when it works out
∙ Have references available from previous landlords and roommates
∙ Also - For roomies I am LGBTQ+ friendly & kid friendly (was a nanny for years)

About My Cat:
∙ Sweet, cuddly senior cat ( years old)
∙ Spayed, up-to-date on all shots, indoor only
∙ Very mellow and well-behaved, she will cuddle with anyone.
∙ Happy to provide pet references!

What I’m Looking For:
∙ Room available starting this summer (flexible on exact move-in date)
∙ Respectful housemate(s) who value a peaceful, drama-free home
∙ Initially seeking 6-month arrangement, but open to longer term. Factors include if we're a good fit and/or I may decide to move to another state if traveling for work (pending, currently working a great job but may be advancing and relocating).
