Room for rent 3 bedroom apartment

My roommate an I are looking to fulfill our 3rd bedroom as our other roommate will be leaving. Apartment is located in a cul-de-sac just a couple minute drive from the Triangle. Super close to the freeway and just a minute drive to the Newport pier.
There are 2 bathrooms in the house with the main upstairs and a spare one downstairs. All bedrooms are upstairs.
