Bedroom/bathroom in Valrico!

Hello everyone! I am renting out a spare bedroom and bathroom out of my beautiful home in Valrico! Super quiet neighborhood located in the Bloomingdale area.
I am law enforcement so my schedule varies. Sleep and rest is important to me due to my stressful job/long hours, so I prefer someone who is quiet, clean, and respectful. NO COUPLES OR PARTY ANIMALS. I have a miniature golden doodle and will allow a small dog as long as they are potty trained and well behaved.
