I smoke weed and have a cat. He's fixed. I smoke outside. I can't stand dirty people and I like to cook so need for there to be a decently maintained kitchen. Very private guy. Work full time at home depot.

If your gunna charge plus for a ROOM then y'all need to reevaluate your asks. Telling a grown adult they can't have overnight guests is insane
