One room for rent, in peaceful & quiet Riverside neighborhood very close to UCR.

Bathroom shared by three people total. Lots of trees, greenery, and overall good vibes. Plus large driveway and plentiful street parking.

We are a sober house(no alcohol in common areas, but smoking is ok outside).

The room is available immediately upon completion of application process. Rent is $, utilities NOT included, with 1 months rent deposit for the first month

LGBTQ preferred (allies ok)
Currently one adult cat currently lives here...we would rather not add more pets to the equation, but will consider if the animal is good with pets.
Pet deposit: $ one time additional move in cost
