Includes parking space and shared use of laundry, kitchen, bathroom, living room, 6G internet, many household supplies (eg laundry and dishwasher detergent, hand soap). Two small dogs also live in the house. Other roommates are twenty yo male, fifty two yo female, both decent, clean, and respectful of privacy.
No move in fee. Security deposit, last four weeks rent, and first two weeks rent required before moving in.
