Ensuite room with separate entry

Hi there, hope u r doing good.
We have an ensuite room available with separate entry in 4 bedroom house in castlehill

We are family of 4. I and my husband works full time and our kids are school age, very well behaved
We respect privacy and the only common area in the house would be kitchen and laundry
Let me know if interested. We are looking for someone who spends minimum time in the kitchen.
