My home is located in a family oriented neighborhood with children & a common area with an outdoor playground. The neighborhood is within a block walking distance to Harris Teeter grocery, Doctor offices, Dental offices, Cardinal Home store, and restaurants. I am one mile from downtown Crozet, Western Albemarle High School, Middle and Elementary School. The distance to Charlottesville is miles and UVA MEDICAL CENTER HOSPITAL is miles. I am also miles from the city of Waynesboro. I am 2 miles from I- in the subdivision called Liberty Hall. Both of the bedrooms are furnished as seen in the pictures. The small room has a lease of $ and the larger room is slightly higher due to its size. I do ask for a security deposit and a one years lease. The bathroom is a full size bathroom which would need to be shared. If one lease's as a single parent with a child it is better accommodated for them as a family. If it is two good friends or siblings the arrangement would work out well. I would prefer females for my comfort level. The home is very quiet and one would be living with myself as the landlord. I occupy the master bedroom. The 1st floor has a half bath, living room, dining and kitchen. The basement is where the washer and dryer are located. The basement is a finished family room. I would ask for one to help keep the home clean, neat and tidy. Helping with other tasks like taking out the trash would be helpful. This is a non-smoking and non-vaping house and property. I have a one year old cat and a 5 year old large friendly dog. I wish for no more pets due to my own pets. Students and professionals are also encouraged to come lease in my home.
