This fully furnished 3-bedroom private upstairs section of a single-family home is available in April. The available bedrooms are a perfect situation for 2 roommates/friends. The third and smallest bedroom is mine. I’m basically a ghost because I travel a lot and am away most of the year. Since I am gone so much, there is a property manager for the house.

The home is located in a quiet, well-maintained neighborhood. It offers an inviting and comfortable living environment with. The owner’s suite is extra-large and features its own private bathroom with an oversized shower and 2 walk-in closets. The other bedroom is nicely sized and has a queen-sized bed, nightstand, and dresser with mirror. The second bathroom has a shower and bathtub. Both bedrooms include a ceiling fan for added personal comfort.
