I'm looking for housemates for two rooms in a sunny sq ft house in north Oakland at nd and Genoa starting June + utilities /month minutes walk from BART and minutes walk from AC Transit which goes to UC Berkeley in mins and downtown Oakland in mins (including the walk) every minutes on weekdays and weekends. months leases

It comes with a free washer/dryer, a new stainless steel kitchen, double paned windows, ample backyard space, outdoor bike parking, and hardwood floors throughout. The furniture is staged and will not be included, though furnishing can be negotiated as desired. Pets and smoking are not permitted.

All people are welcome, and a warm and accepting atmosphere is expected.

About me: I'm a year old Oaklander working in alternative energy insurance. In my free time I help out in local public policy issues; cook Malaysian, Californian, or whatever sort of cuisine suits my fancy; and do classical Chinese dance and Waltz.
