Luxury Apt Near UF vet

I am in a luxury in the Bartram, and I am looking for someone to take the other room. It is a private room and bathroom, very large/spacious. Walk in closet. I am a y/o female in Nursing school full time and I work full time. The apt complex is walking distance to the Uf Veterinary College. I have small elderly pug. I keep a very clean home and work at night and go to school during the day. All students welcome. The apt complex is very nice and the upkeep is amazing, everything is kept in working order and clean because the maintenance staff here is so great.
