Hi, I’m a full-time student at the University of Western Australia currently looking for a 2-bedroom apartment in Perth CBD or nearby suburbs.

I am financially stable, with my tuition and primary living expenses supported by my parents, and I also work part-time. This allows me to comfortably manage rent and utilities. I am happy to commit to a + month lease and can move in as soon as possible.

I live a quiet and responsible lifestyle focused on my studies and work. I don’t smoke, don’t host parties, and take pride in keeping my living space clean and well maintained. I respect neighbours and would treat the property with care as if it were my own.

I’m looking for a long-term place to call home and can provide references if required.
