Rent takeover

I am looking for someone to take over the remainder of my lease as I am moving closer to home for a job. The apartment listed above is ~4 blocks from College of the Desert and right in between and Fred Waring. You will have your own room and bathroom with off street parking in a gated community with covered parking available. Internet and trash are included in the rent and we are not charged for water. You would have two roommates already with the price shown being your portion. Utilities are usually only ~ a month. The living room and dining room are furnished, but you will need to bring your own furniture for the bedroom. Washer and dryer are included in the unit and the neighborhood is very nice and quiet. The owner of the property is friendly and very prompt on fixing issues and does not charge assuming you did not do damage to the property.
