I’m currently renting out a room with private entry and dedicated parking.

The room includes:

• Small refrigerator
• Microwave
• Private bathroom (inside the house)
And laundry room
Water, electric, and internet are included.

This is a peaceful, quiet property. I’m looking for somerthy, clean, and respectful. No parties or loud gatherings this is a calm home environment.

I prefer someone interested in a long term stay ( months or more), but I’m open to discussing terms with the right person.
