Hey guys - I am ONCE AGAIN looking for a new roommate after the last two screwed me over royally back to back.

Rent: $ / per person and that includes the water bill

Electric bill: ranges from $ total depending on the time of year so HALF of that. ($)

WiFi + streaming services: $ so HALF of that.($)

So roughly it would cost this person $ per month to live here with me.

All i ask is that you pay your half of the bills on time, dont cause drama in or around my apartment, and clean up behind yourself 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️ pretty basic. Quiet hours are between am.
