Two private bedrooms are available in a , sq. ft. house located in a very central area of Tucson. Three of the rooms share one bathroom. The house includes a washer and dryer, a spacious backyard, and two carports available on a first-come, first-served basis among the roommates. There is a friendly outdoor dog that stays in the backyard. Rent includes cleaning services twice a month. Utilities not included are internet and electricity. The neighborhood offers green areas and a pool. The location is very convenient—just minutes from the University of Arizona, 5 minutes from Tucson Mall, and Walmart is directly across the street within walking distance. Responsible, clean, and respectful roommates are preferred.
