looking for new lease in Riverside!

Hiiii! I just accepted a job in Jacksonville and am looking to sign a lease in Riverside with someone in the next couple of weeks! I'm clean, friendly, and very communicative, as in I'm never one to be passive-aggressive or not bring up an issue. I'm a huge advocate of open communication, especially when living together! I do have a dog, but I'll only have her for less than half the time since she lives with my parents in Orlando. However, I do want to adopt a cat once I'm settled in.

Although I don't smoke, I'm totally okay with it and am okay with pets, too!

I've been vegan for 6 years (absolutely no judgment if you aren't, I promise I'm not an annoying vegan), am into yoga, am on TikTok entirely too much and am really passionate about journalism/politics/feminism. I'm also a huge movie person, especially horror movies :) The aesthetic I'm aiming for regarding home decor is very vintage/girly/boho.
