About me: I’m a comedian/writer/VO artist who moved to LA from Chicago years ago. I like to keep common areas clean, am /LGBTQ friendly, and a heavy sleeper. I’m fairly social, and am out often for comedy. I love traveling, watching films, game nights, going to live music, art exhibits, trivia, photography, and hiking.

About the place:
* bath in weho/beverly grove with a double-sized living room
* Avail March 1st (potentially sooner for the right fit)
* You’d have your own private bedroom & bathroom with tub
* Non-tandem garage parking
* Pool, hot tub, bbq area, elevator
* Central A/C & heat, D/W, balcony
* Laundry room less than ft from our door.
