Sweet House in East Van

Hi there!

I’m looking for roommates for a shared house pretty close to commercial drive.

It’s a sweet spot with a nice back porch, lots of greenery in the summer, a bike shed and a car port/covered outdoor work area. Laundry is in the basement and shared with the downstairs suite.

Rent for the three upstairs rooms (pictures , plus a small washroom) is $ plus utilities and is probably best suited to a couple or someone wanting a room and office space as the rooms connect to each other. My roommates now use it as a bedroom and two work rooms.

Rent for the small room (the one with the bikes) is $ plus utilities and is on the south side of the house so gets lots of light.


I’m a year old composer and student at SFU in the school of contemporary arts. I like to read, run go to performances and just started to crochet :) :)

I’m looking for some new [REDACTED] in community, share a meal now and then or do movie nights. I value kindness, tidiness and clear communication. I’d like help decorating and making the house feel cozy.

Bonus if you have furniture, I’ll be moving in some more of my things but my current roommates did have some of the big stuff.
