Upstairs available for rent!

Have a room (can also include the smaller room that's upstairs) with half bath available for rent. The downstairs is mostly mine but when gone you're welcome to use the living room and of course the kitchen and shower in my full bath are available for your use. Rent includes utilities except for gas and electric I would need help on. Possibility of an open spot in the garage for you as well.
