Chill house, no parties or drugs (cannabis and alcohol is okay). Everyone is very respectful here with no drama. . No extra fees. Utilities are covered in the rent. Full access to kitchen and laundry room. I have a dog. He’s highly trained and well behaved Belgian Malinois.
