Luxury apartment complex Herndon, (The Point at Ridgeline), 1 exit from IAD airport, located by walking trails, coffee shop, grocery within walking distance, really clean space with hardwood floor, stainless steel appliances, W/D and it comes with my pup- 🐶 sweet laid back/ Shiba Inu. This is a 4th floor apartment with elevator access- will be an add on occupant- roommate moving and need someone to fill 2nd bedroom with own bathroom and walk in closet. You will do a typical application thru the leasing office, credit check, background- etc. and will have to provide pay stubs to verify income- nothing thru me (your potential roommate). Great gym & amenities, club room, outdoor pool, study/WFH lounges, Amazon drop box, package concierge, pet spa, bike repair shop, fee for laundry services, quite neighbors.

$ monthly-utilities separate (usually $ per person-WiFi and electric)
