hey! this is my first time posting to here, so ill be upfront with the details.

i have an unfurnished room for a home i am purchasing that looking for a roommate for. currently it is me and my partner who will be living here with our two cats (brown tabby, black ragdoll, friendly and both fixed.)

all utilities are included with the rent (electricity, water, trash/sewer) and as well internet (spectrum).

i usually work 6 days a week so i wont be present at home most of the day until the evening. my partner is stay at home and usually keeps to themselves and i also tend to stay to my self too. quiet environment overall for those who need the day for remote workspaces.

there is also access to i- and as well a small shopping center nearby (walmart, etc).

i am willing to discuss details and more via text if need be. i prefer those y/os who have the following:

- transportation (car preferably)
- proof of income/job

my partner and i are also the following:

- friendly
- social drinkers
- lgbtq friendly ( nonbinary, partner is transmasc.)
