Couple looking for a private room

Hi, My girlfriend and I are looking for a private room to rent. I work doing Uber Eats and DoorDash and can pay $ per month including utilities. I don’t have first/last/security, but I can pay the first month up front. We need a stable place that can provide a written agreement or simple letter showing we are allowed to stay for court housing verification. Please let me know if this would work. Thank you.
