Looking for a third roommate to join my boyfriend and I in a beautiful 2 bed townhome in summit park. You would have your own large bedroom, balcony, and a bathroom on its own floor. This bedroom has high ceilings, large windows, a fan, balcony, and a walk-in closet. You’ll have a covered garage spot, as well as a shared office space. Main floor has a shared kitchen, living area, and half bath. Laundry is in unit on the second floor. There are hiking/cross country skiing trails nearby, and you’re only a short drive to the conveniences of salt lake. Perfect for those who love the outdoors but like easy access!

Rent is and utilities are roughly ~$ per person.

A little about us: we’re both young working professionals, and outside of my I own a business selling my art. We’re outdoorsy people and love skiing, hiking, or anything else that puts us in the mountains. Weeknights you can usually find me sewing or starting another art hobby, and the occasional wine and craft night with my girlfriends. Spencer tends to be off golfing or playing pickup soccer.
