Looking for a renter for a furnished one bedroom with TV, fridge, microwave, drawers, desk, twin size bed. Requires one month’s rent deposit up front and first month rent. Quiet time between midnight and 8am. Housecleaner comes on the 1st Friday of each month. Comes with Internet and utilities. Good deal. Safe neighborhood of Plano Central west of and legacy. We will have a background check, and references required. Comes with a parking spot in the private driveway in the back. No trucks. Small SUV or car will fit. All male household. No pets. Very clean. No strong smelling foods either. We don’t really cook.
