I am looking for someone to take over my lease (March 1st (flexible) to December bed bath house in Lynnwood. Current roomates are looking for someone in their ’s.
Comes with a garage spot in a 2 car garage and a private bathroom just for you across the hall.

It’s in a great location less than minutes away from the mall. The other two roomates are a couple that work at Boeing, are in their mid ’s, are tidy, outdoorsy, and have two little kitties that are so sweet, don’t bite or use their claws. They would be open to bringing in an individual or another couple.
