Large, furnished room with a king size bed, monthly rent is $ deposit,available February th. An air conditioner is available during the summer. There is 2 closets, a clothes rack & a large steamer trunk for storage.

The apartment is on the top floor of an elevator building &  it has GREAT views of the Verrazano Narrows Bridge. The living room is divided with a curtain for my bedroom,half private & half shared. The bathroom & kitchen are shared. The bathroom has a big, old, comfy cast iron bathtub and it has been renovated. I don't drink but I don't mind if you occasionally  do.

I have a small dog that is very friendly & likes to play fetch. Keever is sweet & well trained.

The building is on a cul-de-sac with trees & a grass meridian down the middle. It is 1 block from the Q Train at Avenue H & the express Q/B stop at Newkirk Plaza is 6 blocks away.  

Di Fara's which considered some of the best pizza in Brooklyn is a few blocks. Sunday there is the Cortelyou Road  Farmer's Market. Coney Island Avenue & Cortelyou Road have great restaurants.  I'm located 3 blocks from the back of Brooklyn College & it's minutes by subway to lower Manhattan. 

The deposit is $st month's rent $ to move in. Proof of income, credit check &  references required.
