Looking for a roommate for my place

Hi there! May name is Gael,
I’m looking for a roommate to move into my apartment here in Pilsen. The apartment is a
bath with a den that’s my office. I’m steps away from the western pink line station, the bus, and the bus is a short walk. The bedroom is small, it can fit a twin bed, a dresser and a nightstand. There is in unit laundry in a rather large laundry room that can be used as a closet (there’s also a closet in there as well). There is a “porch” area, a large empty dining area and a mostly furnished living room. The kitchen is spacious as well. My current roommate is moving out end of April and I’m looking for someone to take over their half of things. The rent is $ for the whole apartment including water but not including gas electric and wifi. I would like to split these
As for me, I’m very 🍃friendly and in desperate need of a roommate to help out. I’m very laid back and like to spend most nights in playing video games and listening to music to unwind. I enjoy gardening (I have many plants) and cooking (I would also be happy to cook for both of us if needed). I’m looking for queer roommates if possible. Not wanting to live with cis men right now. Must have a good credit score. Thank you.
