Looking for roomate

I'm a young adult working in healthcare and looking to start nursing school soon. I currently live with my father and hes looking to relocate. I don't wish to relocate with him. He's moving out in May, so I wouldn't be looking to do anything until that time. My financial situation isn't the best, the perks of being a young adult in Northern Virginia, I guess🙃. But I'm looking for a roommate to help me find a place to move in together. I'm open to friendship and would honestly prefer it that way. I think it's more fun living with friends.
