This is a fun artist, actor, musician, late ’s, etc house that’s been around for many years. We are service industry workers, production people outside of our interests. We keep it clean and chill and respectful as well as leave plenty of opportunity for fun. There’s an annual Halloween party that is very well attended. $ a month gets you a spacious private room with jack and Jill bathroom shared by one other roommate and another half bath just outside your door. There’s a closet in the room that provides ample storage as well Utilities fluctuate but usually run around $ per month. There’s a really high deposit of $ (another roommate purchased the appliances)We’re looking for someone nice and laid back, artistically inclined (but art enjoyers are welcome too) with good credit and proof of income to sign on to the lease.
