I am looking for a quiet place to live. I am clean and friendly. I consider myself a very responsible person and I have always looked after my rented accommodation as I would look after my own place. I don't have any pets and don’t plan on having any in the near future. No smoker. My years old son lives with his mum in Co. Tipperary and usually comes over during school breaks.
