Furnished/unfurnished bedroom in a secure, gated community. It shares a bathroom that is professionally cleaned monthly. The room is currently furnished, but can be unfurnished upon request. The house is modern - less than years old - and well maintained with monthly maid service. You are welcome to use all common area of the house including washer, dryer, kitchen, and the backyard grill. Easy access to freeway, and only minutes away from restaurants, banks, and grocery stores.

This room is for a single occupant only. Rent includes all utilities, high speed internet, and monthly maid service. All roommates here are clean and respectful working professionals in our twenties to forties.

Looking for a long term roommate for a minimum month lease then month to month afterwards. House rules are no smoking, drugs, pets, and overnight guests; and must pass background check.
