bath end-unit townhome right off East North Street. Super convenient to downtown Greenville, I-, Wade Hampton, Haywood Mall, shopping, dining, and everyday errands. You can walk to Publix and nearby spots, and the highway access is easy.

Upstairs private suite with its own full bathroom is $/month with all utilities included. I also have individual unfurnished bedrooms available for $/month, also with all utilities included.

Shared kitchen and living space, in-unit washer and dryer, plenty of parking plus guest spots, community pool, mountain views, and a quiet, well-maintained townhome neighborhood. Pets are okay case by case.
