I’m looking for a small family or roomates to take over my lease in Chestnut St (Domus). It’s a huge penthouse (almost sqft) with amazing views of Philly. Very short walking distance to UPenn and Drexel buildings. Two free car garage too!

- 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom
- In-unit washer and dryer
- Modern kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc.

Lease Term
• Available: May 1st (flexible)

• Lease end date: July
• This will be an official lease takeover through the leasing office (not an informal sublet) – we’ll coordinate with the office for the transfer.

Rent
• Current rent: $/room. Rate is discounted already.
• If you’re a good fit and can confirm quickly, I’m open to discussing a small move-in incentive (details by DM).
