Hi everyone! My current roommate is moving out and I’m looking for someone to take over his room starting March . Current lease ends July 1 with an option to renew.

The apartment is well-equipped (in-unit washer and dryer) and fully furnished. Great location - rd Ave - an easy walk to midtown for work and downtown for fun. Lots of subway stations and bus stops nearby as well.

Room has a closet and is currently equipped with a full-sized bed, dresser, and a desk. Roommate is willing to leave the furniture or get rid of it if you’d prefer the room to be unfurnished.

About me: year old male working in consulting. Have been living in the city for 6 years now and love to spend time with friends and experience what the city has to offer.
