Private room available for short-term rent (up to 3 months max) in a clean apartment complex. Rent is $ per month with a $ refundable deposit. The deposit will be fully returned on move-out day as long as the room is left in the same condition as received.

All utilities are included (electric, water, internet, etc.), making budgeting easy. The apartment is shared with one male roommate. but all are welcome — no discrimination.
