About the Room:
Very nice new apartment building right outside of the very nice Baldwin Park area. 10ft ceilings with the typical luxury apartment amenities. Furnished living room and relatively fleshed out kitchen/utensils, but any you bring is welcome. Gym, pool, central air, balcony. Most of the information is on their website. Aurora on the Trail is the apartment name.

Cost is under $1,150 each, with around $100 in electric and internet each.

About Me:
30 year old professional. Work at an office 9-5 M-F. I like to play sports and play video games in my room during my down time. I like to take care of my own place and keep things clean, so if you don’t pick up after yourself don’t apply. I’m open to being friends & hanging out if we have common ground, but perfectly content just being cordial roommates as well.
