Spacious, fully furnished bedroom available in a clean and comfortable apartment! Enjoy a bright room with a queen-size bed, dresser, smart TV, and lamp. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room, and pantry. Bathroom is shared with just one person. There’s plenty of street parking, storage options, and access to laundry facilities in the basement.

Utilities (gas/electric) are split three ways. No broker fee—just first month’s rent and security deposit required.

About me: I’m a -year-old business owner, respectful, quiet but social, and very clean. My friendly 6-year-old French bulldog also lives here, and my son visits regularly—so background checks will be conducted (no sex offenders, please).

You're welcome to relax in the common spaces, and if you’d like to chip in for groceries, you’re always invited to share meals.
