SET-UP: I will have the smaller bedroom + the garage/driveway. Roommate(s) (single or couple) will have the master bedroom with a private bathroom (2 sinks) + deep closet. (This room is currently painted black. I am more than happy to paint it back to white if that is the preference. The rest of the spaces have been left unaltered.) Roommate(s) will need to bring their own bedroom furniture. Shared kitchen + living room. Shared spaces are furnished. If you are interested in seeing more photos, I’ll send you the link to the neighborhood and we can schedule a tour. HOUSE VIBE: Calm, clean, and respectful. We won’t need to lock anything up. I’m looking for a respectful roommate who treats shared spaces and belongings with care. I’d like us to keep shared spaces tidy with a simple cleaning system. NEIGHBORHOOD: Plenty of street parking + a few parking pads. Quiet neighborhood. Neighborhood is fantastic for a daily stroll. We have a community pool and playground. The Clubhouse is in the process of being set up. We also have a dog park! SMOKING/DRUGS: No smoking inside (including vaping). No drugs. GUESTS: Guests are fine—just a quick heads-up in advance. UTILITIES: Internet is included in the rent. Electric, Water, Trash, and Sewage are separate. Electric is the wild in terms of costs. I’m more than happy to explain if you have any questions! LEASE LENGTH: I’m looking for a roommate that is ok with a 5 month lease. My lease ends in August. PETS: I have a cat, so if you have a pet, we’d need a slow introduction and to confirm pet approval (my landlord may require an additional deposit). They are an additional $/mo
