I’m moving out of my room in a shared house in N (Tottenham) and looking for someone to take over from th March. Earlier move-in may be possible if needed.

• No smoking indoors (smoking permitted in the garden only)
• On-street parking available via council permit

• Close to Bruce Grove and White Hart Lane train stations
• Supermarkets nearby: Asda, Aldi, Sainsbury’s, and other local shops
• Good transport links into central London
💷 Costs
• £ per month
• Bills: £ per month (including WiFi)
• Council tax: £ per month
• Deposit: one month’s rent (£)
• A guarantor may be required if affordability criteria are not met

I’m looking for someone who:

• Cleans up after themselves
• Is either a working professional or student
