I’m currently renting out four private bedrooms in a well-maintained home with two shared bathrooms—each bathroom is shared with only one other person for added privacy and convenience. The home is in a prime location just minutes from Knott’s Berry Farm, Disneyland, major freeways, and plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment. Tenants have full access to common areas, including a large backyard with a relaxing pool.
