Great safe neighborhood, close to restaurants, shops, coffee shops, walking trail. 2 cats live here- so no pets. I am looking for a responsible, clean, kind person to share my home with. I’ve been so very lucky with previous roommates! For the right person - this could be the perfect situation. Must have a job and references. Not a party house
