I have had roommates before and I pay my bills on-time, every time. I like a cool (temperature) apartment. Rent for the apartment is $900/month. Electricity, Water, Internet, trash, etc will be about $200/person. You would have to be comfortable with me furnishing the apartment except your bedroom.
