A cozy room

The flat or room I'm looking for is cozy and light. I don't need much furniture, just a fridge and a washing machine. Also there should be an opportunity to protect the cats from escaping through windows (I can do ut myself). I don't smoke or drink, can provide recommendations from my landlord. I am quiet and work remotely, so I'd prefer to live with a person who respects boundaries and cleans after themselves. Unfortunately I can't live with a person who has pets, because my cats are stressing if there's some other animal in the house.
