House has cameras, keyless entry, and each room has a code for entry and privacy. minutes to the heart of downtown and a shuttle to and from the airport. All utilities included, plus streaming services. Can be furnished or not.

About me: year old medical professional currently back in school. I don’t smoke and rarely drink. I’ve had great luck with previous roommates who ultimately became friends before moving away due to school and jobs.
