Hi guys! I have one large bedroom available in a two bedroom apartment of a student accomodation ( Swanston - Unilodge). I’d prefer a girls only apartment :))

This is located conveniently around the city and Carlton. Trams are right in front! Melbourne central is mins walk or an 8 minute tram ride away!

The lease is meant to start on th February and you must be a student to live here

About me:
a year old student studying a diploma course and would want someone in a similar age range as well! If you’re interested we could def catch up and get to know each other before hand too! :))

I don’t usually host parties at home, but if you would want to once in a while I wouldn’t mind! I value my privacy, but would be down to grab a cup of coffee and chat every now and then ☺️

choosing to keep this place as it’s quite spacious for a student accommodation! Most usually have a single bed and and their kitchen and bathroom right in front of it. This is designed as an apartment, with the fraction of the price!

*wifi, water, gas included in the rent! free breakfast offered in the reception as well!
