2 rooms in Ontario

I have 2 rooms in Ontario. I live alone but my girlfriend may move in with me eventually and I was planning on getting a dog. I can provide furniture and bedding if you don't have any.
There is a washer and dryer. I also want to add a gym in the garage which you can use. Message me if you have any questions.
