Hi everyone! My bf and I are looking for someone who can fill in the empty spot on our one year lease. Ideally we would like someone who can provide a good credit score and financially stable. We do require a deposit to help cover first and last for the landlord. We are moving in February th and ideally looking for someone to move in with us as soon as possible. We both work somewhat late and I usually get home at pm, my bf at am typically. We do have reptiles that stay in their cages for the most part as well. Hull is min from the commuter rail and there is also a commuter ferry that goes into Boston. The landlord uses the garage below but the house is all ours. Giant deck overlooking the water for amazing sunsets, beach access down our street. Private bathroom plus dishwasher and in unit laundry.
