Hey! My name’s Jerimiah, but everyone calls me Jer. I’m currently in school online for data analytics—finishing my associate’s and about to start my bachelor’s—so I spend a lot of time studying. I’m pretty quiet, clean, and respectful. No criminal record, no evictions, and I’ve got cash on hand for rent and deposit.I do vape and I’m -friendly, but I’m totally cool going outside or even leaving the property entirely for that. I’m a big guy and I know I can look a little intimidating at first, but I’m actually super chill and friendly once you talk to me 😄I’m a millennial, so I’ll probably be out walking, running errands, or studying at cafés when I’m not doing schoolwork at home—you won’t feel like I’m underfoot all the time. Even though I’m a student and don’t go to a job every day, I keep myself busy and respect that it’s not “my” place to take over.I’m also really helpful and don’t mind pitching in at all—dishes, yard work, cleaning, whatever needs to be done. If I live there, I believe it’s only right to help keep things nice.I’m moving from Bakersfield, but I was born and raised in Sacramento, so I’m way more familiar with Sac—Bakersfield just ended up being too small for me.Hopefully that gives you a good feel for who I am.
